تنطبق هذه السياسة على عيادة سماره احمد علي ميمش الطبية (عيادة سماره للتجميل) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، وعلى موقعنا وقنوات تواصلنا ومنها واتساب.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- الاسم ورقم الجوال وبيانات التواصل.
- بيانات المواعيد مثل التاريخ والوقت والطبيب.
- الرسائل والصور والملفات التي ترسلها لنا عبر واتساب أو الموقع.
- البيانات الطبية اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة، وتُحفظ في ملفك الطبي وفق الأنظمة الصحية في المملكة.
- بيانات تقنية بسيطة عند زيارة الموقع، مثل نوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- حجز المواعيد وتأكيدها وتذكيرك بها.
- الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم خدمة العملاء.
- تقديم الرعاية الطبية ومتابعة العلاج.
- إرسال العروض والرسائل التسويقية فقط بعد موافقتك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت بإبلاغنا بذلك.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة والمتطلبات النظامية في المملكة.
4. التواصل عبر واتساب
نستخدم منصة واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business Platform) المقدمة من شركة Meta لإرسال الرسائل واستقبالها. تُحفظ محادثاتك معنا في نظام العيادة، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا الموظفون المصرّح لهم. وتعالج Meta بيانات الرسائل وفق شروطها وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة. قد نشاركها في الحدود اللازمة فقط مع:
- مزودي الخدمات التقنية الذين يشغّلون أنظمتنا، مثل Meta لخدمة واتساب ومزود الاستضافة.
- شركات التأمين عند الحاجة لمعالجة مطالباتك.
- الجهات الحكومية عندما يلزمنا النظام بذلك.
6. حفظ البيانات وحمايتها
نحفظ بياناتك على خوادم محمية، ونقصر الوصول إليها على الموظفين المصرّح لهم. ونحتفظ بالسجلات الطبية للمدة التي تفرضها أنظمة وزارة الصحة، وبالرسائل والبيانات الأخرى طالما احتجنا إليها لخدمتك أو وفق ما يتطلبه النظام.
7. حقوقك
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك:
- معرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك والحصول على نسخة منها.
- طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
- طلب حذف بياناتك، مع مراعاة السجلات الطبية التي يلزمنا النظام بحفظها.
- سحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت.
8. طلب حذف البيانات
- راسلنا على info@samaraclinics.com أو عبر واتساب على الرقم 0509334747، واكتب: "طلب حذف بياناتي" مع اسمك ورقم جوالك.
- نتحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
- نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا ونبلغك بذلك. أما السجلات الطبية التي يلزمنا النظام بحفظها فتبقى للمدة النظامية ثم تُحذف.
9. تحديث هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

1. Who we are
This policy covers Samara Ahmed Ali Mimash Medical Clinic (Samara Cosmetic Clinic) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, our website, and the ways we communicate with you, including WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect
- Your name, mobile number and contact details.
- Appointment details such as date, time and doctor.
- Messages, photos and files you send us on WhatsApp or through the website.
- Medical information needed to treat you, kept in your medical file under Saudi health regulations.
- Basic technical data when you visit the website, such as browser type and time of visit.
3. How we use it
- To book, confirm and remind you of appointments.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To provide medical care and follow up on treatment.
- To send offers and marketing messages only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time by telling us.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Saudi Arabia.
4. WhatsApp
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to send and receive messages. Your conversations with us are stored in the clinic's system and are seen only by authorized staff. Meta processes message data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only as far as needed with:
- Technology providers that run our systems, such as Meta for WhatsApp and our hosting provider.
- Insurance companies, when needed to process your claims.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
6. Storage and security
We keep your data on protected servers and limit access to authorized staff. Medical records are kept for the periods set by Ministry of Health regulations. Messages and other data are kept for as long as we need them to serve you or as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data, except medical records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.
8. How to request deletion of your data
- Email info@samaraclinics.com or send a WhatsApp message to 0509334747 saying "Delete my data", with your name and mobile number.
- We confirm your identity before acting on the request.
- We delete your data within 30 days and let you know. Medical records that the law requires us to keep stay for the required period and are then deleted.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with its date.
